Endpoint legado. Recupere lista paginada de pools com filtragem e ordenação. Cache de 60 segundos. pageSize limitado a 1000. Mantido ativo para integrações existentes; novas integrações devem consultar pools por ID, par de mint ou LP mint através dos outros endpoints /pools/info/*, ou utilizar a superfície de roteamento baseada em indexador na Transaction API.
